You make up weird new legal categories—"crime against the divine for a fleshly sin"??—and bumble on as if made sense. Here's a reality check for the Christian male mind tormented by sex: All OT law circles around PROPERTY rights. No sex act is a crime unless it infringes on rules of ownership.
Note the words of the Decalogue commandment: "You shan't covet your neighbor's wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."
This word "covet" is translated as "lust" by Christian men and given a spin as if God is gauging how much you like someone.
And so Christian men have made their evil war on the sexual nature of humans—when biblical references to sex are to lines of PROPERTY OWNERSHIP.
