Wow, is there any pile of manure you won’t step in?
Now you’re saying:
- Moses is outside of God’s will in making a procedure for divorce, bringing the inspiration of the Law into question.
- Or does God make a special exception for Jewish men for be hard-hearted?—thus indicating the Creator caters to ugly moods by male humans, changing divine Law to the disadvantage of women.
God must therefore love male humans more than female humans. Nice work.
“Hard-hearted” is not even a reference to emotions. A scholar comments on Exod 4-15: “In this context, Pharaoh strengthens his position of hostility in deliberate defiance of the request from Moses and refuses to concede to the wishes of his deity.”
