What I think you’re saying is that any NT instructions on human behavior is irrelevant. Jesus can say “love one another” all day, etc., since what really matters is that the OT prophets — in our recent readings of them, in English, in 2018 — find they condemn, by implication of discussing spirit beings, certain human sex acts.

Jewish religious practice, focused on the Temple and the messianic lineage, turns into a kooky reading of Jewish law that no Jew ever followed…bypassing all NT references to Christians not following Jewish law.
