Well thank you… I was just reading an essay about the love triangle of Jonathan & Michel: “Both siblings fall in love with David suddenly and passionately, but their affection is seldom returned, if at all.”

I’m not sure that’s the plot, but we’d have to deal with the fact of Jonathan’s love of David being noted, when David’s love of Jonathan is not?

Is David ever noted to have loved anyone?
