Well, God's penis is quite a lurking theme in the Bible, as it's regularly seen by prophets. You might know of Howard Eilberg-Schwartz's 1995 study "God's Phallus"

Also of note: Alan William Bernthal-Hooker's PhD thesis Divine Sexuality in the Hebrew Bible and Beyond. He has a paper in the collection Biblical Masculinities Foregrounded with pointers to additional literature.
