There's a complex gender narrative to "Baby Baby." A male collaborator wrote the music & title, and she had to write a lyric. She approached it first as a young man singing, then stalls- until seeing her infant daughter, she gets an inspiration.
The resulting song mixes maternal love and adult love. There's one line of gendered info: "No muscle man could sever / My love for you is true and it will never…"
So the male lover she's singing to appears to be on the less "muscle" side of maleness. She's saying she likes that.
