There are many studies of the divine marriage theology found throughout the OT.

The most advanced and complete, at present, might be Sharon Moughtin-Mumby’s Sexual and Marital Metaphors in Hosea, Jeremiah, Isaiah, and Ezekiel.

For a paper, try David Instone-Brewer’s “Three Weddings and a Divorce — God’s marriage to Judah, Israel and the Church.”

For links into NT theology, try Matthew Haste’s “Your Maker is Your Husband: The Divine Marriage Metaphor and the New Covenant”
