Thanks James, you know I think the defining feature of the Rapture as an Evangelical idea is a vengeful character toward all people, but especially toward other Christians.

The idea is that the "good Christians" are going to Heaven while all “bad people” will now suffer horribly—especially those who call themselves Christians but really aren’t.
