Thanks! A Christian reader might not have the concepts in mind that are needed to understand how the OT 'laws' were working, or how the Temple system was operating.

There's actually no Christian instruction to read the Old Testament, and early Christians seem to make no effort to do so. I think of the major text for modern Gentiles as being 1 John, like that 'love one another' stuff.

A profound call to be present with, study, learn from, be engaged to other people. We might even see within them—a divine spark.
