In the gospel account, Jesus is fathered by a spirit or angel, and his mother’s genealogy isn’t known. (Both genealogies in the gospels appears to tell Joseph’s life from biological & legal perspectives.) So you’re telling me you know, because National Geographic, that Jesus looked like a regular man?

I’m willing to consider that Jesus is a divine being, that he is a fictional being, and that he is a fictional being with spirit guides behind the fiction as it is written. Under none of these models do I have to believe he should be understood as looking regular, because regular people look regular.
