If you do "bad things," then "feel the shame," you're instructing to thanks Jesus for taking the shame away after you get done feeling it? What about Jesus "despising the shame" in Heb 12:2?

If you're instructing people to follow the Ten Commandments, are you calling for the penalties of Jewish law? So adultery = death?
