Have you added information here? If the priest is approaching the Presence then I don't think other *people* are viewing this scene. The priest's penis has to be concealed from God, who can't seem to allow other penises besides His own.
But God's penis is regularly seen—thank you for pointing that out. It might confirm that Jesus wishes his penis to be viewed as the divine sign on the scene.
