Good question, thx. The paper I cite, by David Clines, suggests all the commandments are about theft. Every person is seen as owned by the deity as property (cf. 1 Cor 6:19). A murder is a theft of life. Coveting, dishonoring parents- could be forms of theft.

Adultery is the theft of a wife.
