Fascinating as always.
Have you done posts on manna? It's 'sweet like honey' in Exodus 16:31 cf. Ps 78:24-25.
Gershon Hepner (in "Legal Friction") maintains that manna, described as "a layer of dew," is given a lot of sexual suggestion throughout the OT and is "God's seed" i.e. divine semen. It's white and milky.
The logic seems to be that manna is the 'bread of angels', and eaten by spirit beings. They feed directly off God. But humans stuck in a human mode of consciousness would rather eat meat. You are what you eat.
Jonathan seems to be the first human to really dig the sweetness. But he reads as non-masculine, not concerned with lineage or reproductivity, and oral sex as you note seems to be a clear subtext.
The regular Bible theme- to become a spirit you have to give up the ordinary human tastes.
