Are you asserting that James and Jude are not involved in the scene of Jesus being declared "out of his mind" by his family in Mark 3:21-25?

Jesus’ family is not clearly defined in the canonical gospels, but the Infancy Gospel of James would have all brothers be older step-brothers. The Hebrew Gospel seems to indicate the two men on the road to Emmaus includes James, so it may be something of a "conversion" scene for him.
